Initiative 01
The Catalyst Book Club is our literacy-driven CSR initiative committed to placing books in the hands of Nigerian youth. We believe reading is one of the most powerful tools for social mobility and intellectual development.
Through partnerships with schools, community centres, and youth organisations, we run regular book drives, reading circles, and donation campaigns to foster a culture of reading across underserved communities.

Initiative 02
Dynamo Pro is our entrepreneurship acceleration programme designed to bridge the gap between ambition and execution. We work with promising entrepreneurs — from ideation through to scale — providing the tools, mentorship, and exposure they need to grow.
Each cohort receives structured business training sessions, access to our professional network, and introductions to potential investors and partners within the CBC Africa ecosystem.
Intensive business development bootcamps (6–8 weeks)
One-on-one mentoring from senior CBC Africa executives
Investor pitch day at the close of each cohort
Ongoing alumni network access and follow-on support
Our Commitment
We see corporate responsibility not as a department — but as a disposition. Every arm of CBC Africa integrates community value creation into its DNA.
Investing in literacy and learning as the foundation of sustainable progress.
Building stronger communities through direct engagement and resource investment.
Empowering individuals to create, build, and sustain their own economic futures.
