2021

2021: Foundation and Growth

-Founded: Our company was established, marking the beginning of an exciting journey.
– Office Launch: We opened our first office, providing a conducive space for our team to collaborate and innovate.
– Hostel Operations: We commenced hostel operations, offering 33 bedspaces and setting the stage for our expansion into real estate.
– Real Estate Project (PB 1.0): We embarked on our first real estate project, laying the groundwork for future developments.

2022

2022: Expansion and Progress

-Commencement of Project Balogun 2.0: We launched our second real estate project, further solidifying our presence in the industry.
– Tech Trainings: We conducted tech training sessions for 80 trainees, empowering them with new skills and knowledge.
– Investor Support: We secured support from 8 investors, recognizing the potential of our company.
– Business Consulting: We consulted for 6 businesses, sharing our expertise and contributing to their success.
– Expanded Bedspaces: We increased our hostel capacity to 53 bedspaces, accommodating more residents.
– Additional Staff: We grew our team, hiring new staff members to support our expanding operations.

2023: Growth and Diversification

– Commencement of 4 Construction Projects (3.0, BO Properties, Davids Court): We initiated four new construction projects, showcasing our commitment to growth and diversification.
– Tech Trainings: We conducted tech training sessions for 230 trainees, significantly increasing our impact.
– Outsourcing: We explored outsourcing opportunities, optimizing our operations and enhancing efficiency.
